I discuss the topic of boredom and how the abuse of alcohol is a way to stave it off. It’s something I did almost religiously. I also contemplate that I may suffer from ADHD (undiagnosed) and that also had an effect on my abuse of alcohol.
A good bit of the episode deals with keeping myself busy with things that I’m finding aren’t really worth it either in time or money, and what I should do about them.
