I’m taking a break from beer this time around and giving you my quick review of Jim Beam’s Devil’s Cut. It’s a 90 proof bourbon that, surprisingly, is very smooth. Most lower price bourbons give me a gag reflex when I smell them and taste them unless they are mixed with something (like Coke, Dr. Pepper, etc.). This, however, was very smooth on the rocks. It’s a great sipping bourbon.
